For those that want more involvement in their child's soccer program or wish to help steer the future of recreational soccer in Eden Prairie, we encourage you to apply for board membership.
As an all-volunteer organization, the Eden Prairie Soccer Association relies on hundreds of volunteers, but our Board of Directors drives the association and makes our program better each year. That is why we are asking YOU to step up and nominate yourself to be on the Board of Directors or one of the other open positions. We cannot run the program without your help and support.
Here's what the EPSA Board members do: oversee the direction and management of the Association, take responsibility for specific projects, committees and action teams, recruit new members, ensure a solid, balanced budget, and contribute to the Association's soccer program success. The EPSA Board of Directors is an active board that makes a difference for the youth in Eden Prairie.
For 2023, we are looking to fill the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer positions along with four to six more Board of Directors positions. We are looking for members with experience in any of the following:
- Website management
- Social media
- QuickBooks accounting
- Coaching
- Team management
- Leadership skills
- Marketing skills
- Enthusiasm for youth soccer
