We understand the importance of playing with friends! That's why EPSA honors one mutual friend request per child.

To keep our environment fun and fair for everyone, please make sure:

• Your friend also requests you
• Both players are in the same division

We cannot guarantee placement for multiple or chain requests, so we recommend keeping it simple with one mutual friend pairing.

If something changes (like your friend deciding not to register), you can log into your PlayMetrics account and edit the friend request in your registration.

We believe every child should have the opportunity to play soccer. EPSA offers financial assistance to families who may need help covering a portion of the registration fee.

Here is the process to apply. Note: do all of the following before completing your registration.

1. Download this form and fill it out
2. Email the form to registration@edenprairiesoccer.org and also include proof of free or reduced lunch (example: letter from school district, etc)
3. Once we receive your response, the EPSA board will go through the approval process (can take multiple days)
4. Once approved, we will send a unique discount code via email which can be applied during registration.
   

We understand plans can change. Here’s how refunds work:

• You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 10 days before the season starts.
• Refunds are not available if you cancel within 10 days of the season start.
• If you have received financial assistance, refunds are not available.

Missed the initial deadline? You might still be able to register during late registration if spots are available in your division.

• If a division is full, email us to join the waitlist.
• Please note, late registrations don’t allow for teammate or team requests.

⚠️ No additional players will be added to teams once the season begins.

PlayMetrics automatically calculates the grade your child is in relative to birth date cutoffs shown above. But we know sometimes there are special situations. For example:

• Your child is young for their grade - you have placed them in school as a 1st grader instead of kindergarten, and would like to have them play with their school grade age group.

In these cases, register for what the system calculates (in this example, B division) to secure your spot, then email registration@edenprairiesoccer.org with your request and we can make the transfer on our end. No guarantees are made. A successful transfer depends on the target division not being full.
