The EPSA is an all-volunteer organization. We rely on the active participation of players' families. Every aspect of the EPSA experience is coordinated by a volunteer - from coaches to board members and everything in between.

We develop referees!

Referees play an important role in maintaining the integrity of the game, but it is also a fun and rewarding job. The EPSA referee program develops new referees from as young as 12 years of age. We welcome adults and certified referees, paying bonuses and higher wages to those with more experience.
